Is the Travel Assistance app compatible with all mobile phones?

You can use the app with Android mobile (OS 2.0 or later version), iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad (iOS 4.3 or later version). However, the call function is not available on iPad and iPod.

Where can I download the app?

With your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you can download the app through the Apple App Store.
With your Android mobile, you may download the app through Google Play.

Is there any cost?

No, the app is FREE.

Will I be able to contact Blue Cross toll-free while travelling?

Yes; a direct number is available to call from Canada and from USA. In the other countries, contact the international operator through Canada Direct services and call collect.

May I purchase or extend my coverage online?

This functionality is not available at this time, however you may call anytime at no charge by using the call function to extend your coverage.
