CanAssistance, health and travel assistance provider, wins Gold!


CanAssistance, health and travel assistance provider and Québec Blue Cross' subsidiary, has won the Gold medal at the Salon sur les meilleures pratiques d’affaires 2011 (best business practices show) held at the Palais des Congrès in Montréal, Québec, on November 10, 2011. 

The project submitted to the organizing committee was selected in the Skills and Recognition category. It is a continuous-improvement program for health and travel assistance procedures.

Presented by CanAssistance Quality team, ''Increasing pro-activity and promoting employee engagement to better meet client needs'' won the Grand Prix du public (people’s choice prize) gold medal. Given the prestige of the other participating organizations, CanAssistance team members were especially proud of their performance.

Well-integrated practices
